At THE COOL PARTY COMPANY we rent, deliver and fully set up adorable, themed sleepover suites—cosy tents, comfy mattress, plush pillows, twinkling fairy lights and playful decorations—tailored to your child’s age and party vibe. We handle drop-off, flawless installation and next-day pickup, and offer add-ons like party bags, pamper packs, and more.
Our slumber party packages take the stress out of celebration so parents can relax while the kids giggle, dream and make memories.

THE BOOKING PROCESS:
The BOOK NOW button below will take you to our Squareup appointment booking site.
Pick your party size (quantity of tents) and choose any available day up to 365 days ahead! Add any notes for us (e.g. best time to call you) and pay the required deposit.
We will contact you, within the next couple of days, to discuss all your requirements and agree tailored to your needs terms and conditions of payment and the service. Should you decide not to go ahead at that point a full refund will be issued.
However, once you accept the above, the deposit will become non-refundable. Please note, up to 14 days before it’s due, we will be happy to reschedule your party, to any available day and at no extra cost.
IMPORTANT: Each tent set up requires floor space of approximately 200cm x 90cm or 6’ x 3’

FAQs
What age group are your parties for?

Our parties are aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 12. For children outside this range please contact us to discuss.
For safety reasons, children under 5 are not permitted to sleep in the tents due to the small decorative parts and fairy light cords.
Do parents need to provide anything, or do you supply it all?

For each tent booked we provide the indoor tent, full size single air mattress, fitted sheet, duvet and pillow in freshly washed white covers, styling blanket, mini table, as well as fairy lights and theme decorations.
All we ask is that you move all furniture out of the way beforehand so we have a clear space to build.
IMPORTANT: Each tent set up requires floor space of approx. 200cm x 90cm or 6’ x 3’.
Are the tents and electrical decorations safe for children??

Yes! We use exclusively low-voltage, CE marked battery-powered LED lighting for all of our setups.
Our tents - both frames and fabric - are CE marked.
Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Please note it doesn’t cover moving of your furniture and other fixtures.
We also have Enhanced DBS Checks.
